How to Place an Order
We hope you find our online shopping experience easy to use and understand, but just in case here are the steps to take to locate and purchase the items you want:
- Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this: Search by keyword or product name in the search box at the top of every page, or browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category menus at the top of the page.
- When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
- When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.)
- If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
- Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area(s) you missed so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
- Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
- Submit the order and a confirmation email will be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.
Please Note: If you are experiencing difficulties submitting your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 246-235-2442 and describe the difficulties you are having. We’re available via phone from 12pm to 1pm, and 4pm to 10pm on weekdays and 11am to 9pm on weekends.
Checking the Status Of Your Order
To check your order status online immediately using your billing email address and order number:
- Click on the “Check Order Status” link in the top left area of the page or click here.
- Enter your order number and customer number, then Submit.
- To view package tracking information (if available), click the “Track It” button under shipping information.
As a registered user, you can simply log in to your account and you will have access to look up your orders without entering your billing email address and order number for each one.
To do so, please follow the directions below:
- Click on the “Login/Register link” link in the upper left area of the page to log in if you are not already logged in.
- Once you’re logged in, click on your name in the top left menu (or if you’re on a laptop/PC you can hover over your name in the top left menu, then click “View Order” from the drop down menu that appears)
- On the “My Account” page that appears next, you can view your recent orders, along with their current status.
- To view the order in detail, click on the “View” button next to each order.
You may also call customer service during business hours at 246-235-2442 between 12pm – 1pm and 4pm – 10pm on weekdays and 11am – 9pm on weekends or send us an email anytime.
Cancelling An Order
It’s not possible to cancel an order since it’s possible that your order will already be on it’s way to be delivered by the time you choose to cancel. However you are free to return your items once delivered. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Making Changes To Your Order After It’s Been Submitted
It is also not possible to make changes to your order once it’s been submitted due to the same reasons as stated for cancelling an order. However you are free to make a return or exchange once your items are delivered. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Discounts in the form of coupons will be available from time to time. Keep checking back for our current promotions. In addition, some of them will also be advertised on the home page of the site and on our Facebook/Twitter pages.
Order Cutoff Time
Each order will be shipped from our storage location to the order destination once it is a C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) order or your PayPal/Credit Card purchase was approved. Any orders placed on any particular day will (usually) be delivered at least by the following day. Mondo Skateshop operates its delivery service from 4pm to 9pm, Monday – Friday and 11am to 9pm on Saturday & Sunday.
Mondo Skateshop currently offers the following forms of payment:
Credit Card/Paypal(available at a later date)
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- (Company) Cheque On Delivery (COD)
